I had no clue it has been since NOVEMBER since my last post. When the new year hit, I had all kinds of aspirations of referencing last year's post about resolutions, yet that did not happen. Just wasn't feeling it. I was caught in neutral a bit. Ever been there?
--I've started working with three highly motivated, energizing clients in my health coaching business. They are all making great progress, and I learn so much from working with them.
--I joined a team at Crossfit Carmel in preparation for some upcoming competitions.
--I participated in The Great Lakes Crossfit Competition, a two day event featuring some of the most elite athletes in this part of the country. What a great lesson on perspective. Stay tuned for an upcoming post.
--I have committed to preparing for the upcoming 2012 Crossfit Open workouts, so I can track my progress from a year ago when I started this fitness journey.
--I've registered to become a Crossfit Level 1 Certified Coach. I'll attend a two day workshop in Indianapolis in February.
Like the average person, my motivation has ebbed and flowed since last November's Tough Mudder experience. Lots of ideas swimming in my head that I'm ready to share with you.
Stay tuned for an upcoming post on how last place never felt so good. Lot's of life lessons learned this past weekend at the Great Lakes Invitational.
