My Progress

Below are pics that date back to July, 2010 when I just started Crossfit.  At that point, I was not focused on my diet the way I am now.  I knew nothing about a Paleo diet.  I just knew I needed Crossfit the moment I started.  My intent is to show you what consistent exercise and a commitment to sound dietary habits can do.  It is NOT my intent to say, "Look at me."
