I love food. I love to eat. Over the past few years, I've become more and more interested in the types of food I consume and how they impact my overall health and wellness. I've recently found that bridging the gap between my food and fitness is key, yet it's taken years to get to this point. From my own athletic performance to foods that help prevent sickness and everything in between, food is important to me. This led me to a more formal training program.
I am a Health and Nutrition Coach and received my training from The Institute for Integrative Nutrition based New York City.
I enjoy helping others accomplish their own health and wellness goals in a realistic and sustainable way. I do not prescribe diet plans nor do I focus on points, phases, or eliminating food. Rather, I work with clients to understand what foods work for them in relationship to what else is going in their lives.
