Days like today don't come around Indiana often. It was 73 degrees yesterday and it's supposed to be warmer today. In fact, it was warmer in Indy than in Hilton Head, South Carolina and San Diego yesterday. Fresh air is often taken for granted, but there are many health benefits worth reading about.
